Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all funds and bonuses may be forfeited. 5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% first deposit bonus applies for new users, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳12,000 in bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are fulfilled
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited
• e28bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus

5.3 VIP Program

The e28bet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

All betting activity on e28bet — sports bets, casino games, live casino, fishing games — is governed by the terms in this section.

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, e28bet reserves the right to void that bet. It is the user's responsibility to follow the correct odds and rules.

6.2 Bet Outcomes

• Sports bet outcomes are determined based on reports from official and recognised sports bodies
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• In the event of any dispute over a result, e28bet's decision is final

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. e28bet reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Participating in any of the following activities will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

1. Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
2. Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software
3. Accessing another person's account or placing bets on their behalf
4. Attempting to complete verification using false or forged documents
5. Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform
6. Stealing or unauthorised use of another user's information
7. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
8. Attempting to gain unauthorised access through hacking or cyber attacks

8.1 Suspension by e28bet

e28bet may suspend an account temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Failure to provide documents for verification
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns
• As required by a legal investigation

8.2 Closure by the User
